How Does It Work?

Here is an overview of the process…

Step 1. Your fast and easy sale begins with your submission of the simple online form below. We’ll then contact you to gather some information from you about the property that will help us in our evaluation. During our initial call we’ll also likely give you an idea as to the price range we’d be willing to pay for your property if it is in the condition you describe.

Step 2. Next, we’ll schedule a convenient time to meet with you at the property in order to confirm the information you provided and get a feel for its condition. Since we will have done some background research on your property as a follow-up to our initial discussion, we won’t take very long.

Step 3. During our initial visit we may do a quick inspection to make sure the bones of the property are solid. After the evaluation we usually need about 24 days to determine our offer, which you can say yes or no to, and other options may be discussed.

Step 5. If an offer is approve the proper paper work and send to a title company to commence settlement.

Step 6. We’ll stay in touch with you through settlement to make sure everything goes as planned. Once the title work has been completed, we’ll meet at the settlement table at the date and time we agreed to and you’ll walk away from the table with your cash.
